One of the best ways to guarantee a positive day is to start your day with a positive attitude.

It’s not always easy and fake positivity isn’t my thing either.

Self-care and self-love these days are over-talked about, but not over-practiced.

Benefits of Affirmations for Self-Love:

Firstly, positive affirmations are a great way to ensure a strong start to your day with a positive mindset. They may seem silly or too little of a step for you to actually take action on, but I promise you small steps are the secret key to a better life and more importantly a greater day.

Secondly, affirmations for self-love are an amazing way to build confidence. Unfortunately, most of us struggle with confidence, and so, this is one of the best ways to work on the confidence muscle and help give you more confidence of yourself!

Lastly, self love affirmations make you a powerful Warrior Woman! If you can control your mind, you can live beyond any limitations you have for yourself.

I want you to repeat these to yourself daily until you start really believing yourself.

Why Do You Need Self Love?

Why self-love? Well, I find the whole saying of ‘you can’t love anyone else until you love yourself’ to be so true. You also can’t help others until you help yourself first.

With affirmations, you allow your inner guidance to believe everything you say and as a result it allows you to be more positive toward yourself.

“We are what we believe we are.”

C.S. Lewis

Once you attract that type of love for yourself, then this is when you can give it to others. Similarly, you and that person’s love joined together will be in perfect unity because there is love all around you.

These affirmations are written to help you build confidence, to love your body, your soul and mind. In my opinion, the whole inner peace movement.

I want you to be fully present in this moments. Giving yourself time to say these affirmations is an act of self-love itself. So, immense yourself in the experience and become and feel whole after repeating these affirmations.

I would highly suggest meditating before or after to amplify the effects, in other words, it is good to start these at a peaceful state of mind.

However, it’s important to note, if these are uncomfortable to say in the beginning, you can start with writing it down.

Instructions: Sit relaxed in your chair and take a deep breath. The key is to put your full heart into these affirmations and to believe them with every inch and ounce of your being with each word that comes out of your mouth.

Even if you don’t 100% believe everything you’re saying, make a promise with yourself that in that moment, you will put all your trust in everything you say.

10 Affirmations for Self-Love

Here’s a meditation practice I’ve been enjoying from Tone It Up. I love Karena and she makes it easy for you by talking you through it. She also has affirmations in it as well. Give it a try! It’s simple and makes you feel amazing after. If you want to skip through the beginning, she starts the practice at the 1:58 mark.

In conclusion, I hope you all know how much you are worth. I know it can be hard, but I know you can persevere through anything and any negative mindset.

Above all, I want all of you to live out your best life, as always. And don’t forget to take care of you, so you can take over the world. <3
